We are gearing up for VBS 2024 – Build! Come learn how to build your lives on the solid rock of Jesus. Through fun activities, engaging lessons from God’s Word, crafts, snacks, and of course LEGOS, we’ll teach kids how they can be a wise builder.
Preschool and elementary kids should eat dinner before coming. Parents of preschoolers must stay on-site. Dinner will be provided for middle schoolers.
Volunteers Needed (dinner provided):
- Preschool: Contact Lauren Haake at lhaake@fairmountcc.org.
- Elementary: Contact Ashley Sears at asears@fairmountcc.org.
- Middle School: Contact Davis Ellenberger at dellenberger@fairmountcc.org.
- Preschool and Elementary volunteers are asked to attend a training meeting on Wednesday, May 22nd at 6:30 in Room 132.
The Adult Program will meet Sunday through Wednesday in the Sanctuary from 6:30-8:15PM. Dinner for adults will be provided in room 132. Come and enjoy the special lessons, worship, fellowship, and food!
Adult t-shirts are available for purchase. Order at fccsignups.info/tshirt by May 19th. Kids get a free t-shirt!
Everyone is invited to the wrap-up in the Worship Center at 8:15 each night, featuring the pie in the face contest! This year we will be supporting our missionaries John and Zandra Dye from Venezuela. Our goal is to raise $10,000. Thursday night will be FAMILY FUN NIGHT! After the Closing Program, we will be celebrating the last night of VBS with big inflatables, fun games, ice cream, and a variety of food trucks!
Donations Needed (Name brands, please. Drop off in either lobby beginning May 12th):
Snyder’s snaps pretzels (square-shaped), Honey Maid Graham Crackers, Kellogg’s Plain Rice Krispy Treats, Nabisco Oreos, Pepperidge Farm Gold Fish, individually packaged bags of Skinny Pop popcorn and Doritos and mini water bottles (any brand). We also love to have donations of LEGOS you are no longer using!
